GET INVOLVED
Sponsor a season, make a donation, work an event, or sign your child up. Western Crown is built by the people who show up for it.
Western Crown Rodeo Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. It runs on a community of Antelope Valley families, local businesses, and volunteers who decided this was worth doing.
Below are the ways to be part of it. Any of them helps, and none of them are too small.
For Local Business
Become a Sponsor
Sponsorship pays for arena costs, awards, stock, and everything else that goes into putting on a safe event. We work with local businesses, venues, community organizations, service providers, and individual supporters, and we will put together something that fits what you are able to do.
Sponsors are recognized at our events, on our social media, and on our website. If contributing goods, services, or venue space makes more sense for you than writing a check, we are glad to talk about that instead.

Support The Programs
Make a Donation
Donations go straight into the youth programs. Western Crown Rodeo Association is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so your gift is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
We accept donations through Zeffy. Any amount helps, and a recurring gift helps most, because it lets us plan a season instead of guessing at one.
If you would rather give equipment, awards, or something else the kids can use directly, send us a message and we will tell you what is needed right now.

Lend A Hand
Volunteer
Every rodeo takes more hands than we have. Gates, chutes, timing, setup, teardown, concessions, parking, photography, and the hundred small jobs nobody notices until they go undone.
You do not need rodeo experience to help. If you can show up on time and take direction, there is a job for you.

Work With Us
Community Partners
We work with businesses, venues, ranches, schools, and community organizations across the Antelope Valley on events, practices, and fundraisers. A partnership might be the use of a facility, help running an event, a donated service, or building something together that serves local families.
If your organization does work that lines up with ours, reach out. We would rather build something with you than just ask you for money.
For Families
Participate
Ready to get your child involved? Entries and registration are handled through Saddlebook, where you can sign up for junior rodeo events and Western Crown programs.
If you are new to any of this, ask first. Send us a message, come watch a rodeo, or talk to one of the families at an event. Nobody here started out knowing what they were doing, and we would rather answer twenty questions than have a family stay home because they were not sure.
